For those having issues when viewing the file in Firefox where you cannot click on some of the links, this is because of some HTML element that is "in front of"/"blocking" the links. A workaround I
found is to just use the TAB key. For more detailed instructions, see below:
TAB cycles through all the clickable links.
SHIFT+TAB cycles in reverse.
ENTER opens the selected link.
NOTE: You have to be in the same frame to cycle in that frame. So, if your hitting TAB but it just cycles through the table of contents, click in the frame where the hyperlink is, *then* use
TAB.

Link isn't working
